As I let go and let God, I cooperate with the divine flow of my life.
Anytime I feel caught up in confusion about events or circumstances, I remember that I have options. I can resist what is happening and try to force an outcome, or I can let God assist me in moving forward.
I choose God and take a few sacred moments of reflection. To quiet my mind, I picture a butterfly fluttering from flower to flower. When it is caught in flight by a gentle breeze, the butterfly does not resist.
It conserves its energy and allows the breeze to support it on the way to its next destination.
Like the butterfly, I, too, go with the flow. As I let go and let God help me move through any situation, I cooperate with the divine flow
of my life. Giving thanks for God's supportive presence, I am declaring the truth: God upholds me always.
