Pearl S. Buck observed that "we learn as much from sorrow as from joy, as much from illness as from health, as much from handicap as from advantage—and, indeed, perhaps more." This is so true, as the many things we go through in this life, as trials, can be turned into testimonies, for our good and God's glory. He'll may a way when we will let Him be "the way, truth and life" to us, personally.
We all know that suffering and pain are realities in all of our lives. When we learn to cope, without losing hope, and accept the lessons learned with humility and patience, we become capable of spiritual growth and transformation. After every trial, there is a testimony of the Lord's goodness and grace. Whatever you may be going through at the present moment, Jesus knows all about it and is right beside you. You're not going under, for the Lord will carry you over to see you through. He'll be with you every step of the way.
The old saying, "into every life a little rain must fall" is a true saying, as it rains on both the just and the unjust. There are many things we all will have to walk through, which we wish could be avoided. However, we have a choice in life to either become "bitter or better" in all we go through.
If our choice is to learn from the things we go through, we find we will have a better attitude and outlook in the long run. Weeping may endure for a night, but true joy will come in the morning.
We learn through experience and patience that God moves mountains in His own time and way. There is no obstacle too big for God. When we trust in Him, He'll give us strength to stand and have the victory through His power.
Our desires should always be to be an overcomer in Christ. If we keep pressing toward the finish line, we shall reach our goals in due season. In learning to cope with the realities of life, we learn that we must lean completely on the Lord. As we lean on Him, we have the assurance of a firm foundation. When our soul cries out for the Living God, we find Jesus will always be there. Jesus is our "Living Water." We can sing for joy at the great and mighty works of His hands. Glory to His precious name, today, and forever. Remember, God is always right on time with the answers to prayer!
Blessings In Christ,
