Passion

Webster defines passion as: 1: ardent affection : LOVE 2: a strong liking or desire for or devotion to some activity, object, Or concept.

When you desire to be a champion, that desire that drives you to "want" to be the best, to win... Is your passion. This desire originates in our hearts. The center of our being. The heart serves you, your body and God. By pumping life through you body, brain and Soul... It originates the feelings of what you love. This "love" we have for our passions may actually start in our brains... But, since it's a feeling of something we "love", I like to think it comes from our hearts.

Most likely, these interests start when we are children. Often Inspired by our parents or friends, our interests and passions develop while we are young. Great parents support their children by helping them to discover their passions. How do you develop an interest or desire when you get older. What is that "magic" ingredient that creates passion in our hearts. I prefer to think that it is indeed love. A devotion to something that captures our heart. From an interest in someone or activity.

The basis for all Passion is love. As you know, one of God's greatest gifts is love. Written about throughout the Bible, love is the foundation to many things in our lives. For our purpose today, we're going to talk about the love (desire) to win and be the best.

When you put your focus on God in your life, put God at the center of your life and make God number one in your life, you'll find being a Champion and experiencing God's love comes naturally. Learning to be a passionate champion, loving God and sharing that passion of God with others will help you develop a faith that will serve as a model to others.

This will be your source of love, winning and passion. Today, if you desire to win, if you want to be the best, you'll develop this passion in your heart. As God's love flows throughout your body, you'll soon feel your passion grow and drive you to be a Champion.
